In addition to serving all 88 counties in Ohio, we can coordinate commercial transactions throughout the country through our relationships with our underwriters, Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title.

Escrow & Settlement
Escrow Settlement Services
Community Title Group, Ltd. provides escrow and settlement services as a neutral third party to the transaction. We act upon the instructions of the principals and may be asked to coordinate key tasks such as:
- Keeping all parties informed throughout the escrow process — realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders, buyers and sellers.
- Processing and coordinating the flow of documents and funds.
- Completing 1031 exchange transactions.
- Coordinating the signing of loan and closing documents.
- Completing property transfers and recordings at the appropriate county records.
- Preparing a final statement outlining the funds received and the disbursement of the transaction.
- Timely completion and delivery of final policies.
